Turn source records into financial statements you can check.

DraftLine maps source balances to financial statement lines. It shows where each figure came from and stops when the statements do not reconcile.

How it works

See DraftLine in the work.

DraftLine reads the structure of the trial balance and supporting schedules. It suggests the right statement lines, checks the accounting relationships and keeps failed checks open until they are resolved.

01

Reads the records

It uses account names, periods, entities and balances to suggest where each item belongs.

02

Checks the math

It recalculates totals, cross-statement links, comparative periods and cash movements.

03

Shows what failed

If something does not reconcile, DraftLine points to the record and calculation that need attention.

One important limit: Screens use synthetic demonstration data. A capture is not proof of production readiness or a correct accounting conclusion. Sources, open issues and reviewer approval remain part of the work.

A real screen. A synthetic example.

One figure.
A visible trail.

Follow the public sample from source records to a statement line and an independent review finding. These are captures of the working sandbox, not private customer data or a production acceptance result.

  1. 01 / SOURCE$1,264,000 − $74,500

    Trial-balance record TB-1120 and allowance schedule AR-04.

  2. 02 / DRAFTLINE$1,189,500

The receivables line keeps both source references beside the amount.

  3. 03 / LINEVIEWAllowance trend flagged

    A medium-severity finding retains TB-1120 + AR-04 for review.
